Nice And Delicious Food and Good price too!!

WARNING: I do not like giving negative reviews, but I think this place deserves every bad review it has. Food was ordered at 18:19. The estimated arrival was 19:00 as shown. The time of the screenshot is 19:30 (1 hour+). The food is still not here. Edit: The food finally arrived at 19:50. Needless to say, my family is starving at this point. We ordered a butter chicken with naan for 2 pax (clearly stated). Check out the photo of the portion for 2 pax (with 2 pieces of naan). I guess I would not have been disappointed if the restaurant did not state 2 pax. Even though the butter chicken tasted decent (well seasoned, spicy enough), it was not enough to salvage the gross mismatch of expectations and what was delivered. To owner: Please allow deliveroo to deliver for you (and stop doing your own deliveries). I know it costs money, but I think it would seriously help your business. Doing your own delivery is significantly ruining your reputation. You may also wish to follow the "under-promise, over-deliver" principle, instead of the other way round. If you switch to deliveroo and the service improves, I will definitely amend the rating I have given.

First and last, only if I can leave a review without giving any star. The girl who serve us is rude. They place a huge sign outside the restaurant for their hot deals to attract people in, but didn’t even bother to explain further. It’s when we made payment only they mentioned hot deals are for smaller portion and we “should” inform them if we want to get the hot deal.

The Biryani rice tastes great, soft and fluffy. Had the garlic and butter nans, chicken tika masala, butter chicken and mutton curry too!

Food was 1 hour late and arrived cold! I ordered egg biryani and received a biryani full of chicken pieces and chicken bones! The dessert I ordered never arrived and they just sent a different one! The biryani was RECYCLED from leftovers. Very very Disappointed

Terrible service. Ordered through a delivery app then realised delivery was not tracked. Needless to say the food has still not arrived and it’s been 2.5 hrs since I ordered. Call to the restaurant went in vein as all I kept getting was the food is coming just waiting for the delivery person. Family hungry as it’s so late and had to order more food. Deliveroo can’t even guarantee a refund.

Very Good Food With Quality Dining Experience

exactly same experience as many others - order through Deliveroo. 2.5 hours later the food has not arrived. i call them, deliveroo calls them and they say they are busy. food never arrives. Deliveroo is just as bad as they claim no responsibility and tell me i have to get my own restaurant. avoid this scam restaurant and stop using deliveroo .
