R	Rubenee Magesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed an order for lunch and the food came after 3 hours. When we contacted the hotel the customer service was so bad. They were quiet rude disconnecting the call without giving a proper response. We had to call three times before we could get the needed details. Every time we called they did it even ask for order details and as son as they answered the response was your order is on the way which seems like a standard response they give irrespective of the caller. The food also was not up to the expectations. Definitely not worth the price we paid. We placed an order for Mandi but ended up receiving Biriyani with the name Mandi. The Hummus was so bad that we ended up throwing it away. We wasted the time we waited for the food as well as the money we paid for it. Definitely would not order again and would not suggest it for anyone

We ordered our lunch at 11.45am and now its 2.10pm, my food is not delivered even though my grab app says delivered. We have called the restaurant more than 10 times just to receive a dial tone. This is completely ridiculous. Don't order from this place ever! It's no longer about the taste, they have failed in service.

R	Raghav Mohindra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop. Please don’t order from here. I ordered food at 7PM and Grab app showed the delivery time as 9-915 PM which was fine. But there was no progress and all the wile order was in preparing stage. I called the shop around 9:15 and the guy told that they would send and immediately cut the call. I waited till 10 and then ordered from some place. After that I was unable to call. I believe they intentionally kept disconnected the phone. Later around 11:15 guy came with the parcel and I was not sure what to do with the food at 11:15. This is the worst shop so never order food from here.

S	Svitlana Volochai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid ordering from this place. I ordered at 9:23 pm and the food was delivered at 12:37 am. It is more than 3 hours of waiting and being hungry. I could not reach neither this restaurant nor Grab! The worst part was the food I received was not the food I ordered. Daal tadka was substituted by another “soup”. It is not a daal tadka on the picture. Garlic was not even close enough to the naan. Chicken vindaloo had one small piece of chicken, the rest is was potatoes. All this cost me 47$. No apologies, nothing!
