这应该是我在新加坡见过最好看的一间茶楼。茶艺师也很亲切，有问必答，学到了好多关于茶道和茶叶的知识。 我就预定了一个小时喝茶，但是和茶艺师聊天，聊着聊着就超过了时间，员工很友好，还是按一个小时收费，让我当自己家常来哈哈。 还有一点我必须补充一下，这是一间怎么拍照怎么好看的茶楼！一开始也是朋友介绍的来喝茶的，打卡成功✌?

Was attending a ROM in this place - Love the ambience in the tea house. Very helpful staff too!

Unpleasant experience hosting my wedding solemnisation there... The staff is not capable/ equipped with the skills to do the job properly. Firstly, the lady messed up our booking and gave us the smaller room instead of the Master Room. This resulted in the guests being directed to the smaller room and were all seated in a cramped manner. When I arrived I had to hastily re-usher all the guests to the right room with no help from the staff. The staff just headed upstairs to unlock the Master room for us and that is pretty much that; I would have expected the staff to step in to explain the situation considering they were the ones that messed up the booking and directed the guests to the wrong room. Also, we seemed to have been the only guests there, I think we can expect to be given the right room then. Secondly, all the promises discussed prior to the event were not kept. We requested for the venue to be arranged with additional chairs etc and with the projectors set up. From the phone discussion we had, the staff said that we can be there 30 mins prior to the event commencement time and the manager will be there to help us move some chairs and set up the equipment. However, on the day itself, no help was rendered to us and the staff doesn’t even speak English. Further, she doesn’t even know how to set up the projector they have provided. She had to ask our help to set up the equipment they apparently owned? Not to mention that the staff had to ask us for a hdmi cable to connect to their tv? Through the initial room mix up we could not afford to take the time to deal with this ourselves anymore. Lastly, prior to the event, I have presented a discount code over to the staff who has confirmed that the code was valid and I can use it to offset part of the bill. And when I was paying for the room, she wasn’t aware of the discounts and had to clarify again with another staff.... it also didn’t help when she kept insisting that she was nice enough to let us have 15 mins extra time after the agreed booking time ended... our wedding was delayed and in a mess because she mixed up the room booking and also didn’t know how to set up the equipment they owned.... After our wedding was hit by the new restrictions, the expectations weren’t very high going in. I could also live with the fact that we paid a price for the venue including water and tea for the guests which due to the restrictions were not provided then (the price remained the same nonetheless). However with this kind of service, even the most basic expectations could not be met. Given that even during the current circumstances this is supposed to be a very special day in someone’s life, this is more than disappointing....

My husband and I love this retro and elegant teahouse so much. Besides us, our parents and grandparents also like it very much especially my lovely grandpa who wants to try out their Chinese tea but because of the new restrictions from govt we can’t have tea ceremony during rom. In order not to let Grandpa leave any regrets, Manager Alvin approached us and gave him a box of Pu'er tea for him to try at home. Grandpa is very satisfied with it.? We chose a Chinese-style private room for our ROM, and I found that their Western-style private room is very nice for photo taking too. After seeking for their permission, we quickly went to other rooms for photo taking before they start to prepare for the next round of ROM. Thank you staffs for meeting all our weird requirements through out the rom and thank them for their flexibility too. We had great time.
