★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent products, been a fan for a decade now. the service at this outlet is not great, unlike other outlets where the staff tend to be welcoming and easy to engage - with a smile and cheer. Curt and unhelpful service today. Will visit my usual orchard outlets in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with a previous comment that service at this outlet is not great compared to other outlets, staff was curt and condescending when I changed my mind and wanted to get gift wrapping.
I understand that service staff may have bad days as we're humans, but it was a not a pleasant experience when you're buying something as sweet as chocolates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the outlet 2 weeks ago with my son to buy some gifts for his colleagues. I found the staff attending to me extremely helpful and polite. She gift wrapped all the chocolates that I had bought, all nicely done and packed. I regret I did not get her name.... Thank you for the superb service.
