Rumi The Poet's Cup - 64 Haji Ln

Popped into this cafe by chance but love it since July 2021. Have been patronising them whenever I am at the area. Good service staff and drinks.

this place is WHACK and biased. I was having a drink with my friend on the tables outside at 11pm+ on a PH. All the tables were full. Suddenly two of the staff came and said that there were people who reserved the table, they were here and so we had to leave. BUT we were still drinking our drinks??? And worst of all, today I tried to get a reservation myself with my group of friends. My friend contacted them to get the reservation. Then they said that they're only accepting walk-ins. LIKE HUH??? This is contradicting to my experience about two weeks ago? My suspicion is that the table was "reserved" by their own friends? But idk! Kinda weird that they would make paying customers who were still having their drinks leave! Would not recommend. Coffee tasted like sugar anyway.

Just my 2 cents: maybe add in some hot drinks menu to go with your waffles ?

Discover this cafe while exploring the Haji Lane. The drinks taste great. Give them a try. Definately a place to stop when you need a quench of thirst on a sunny day. It is just a perfect combo with the poet’s collections.

Love the interior and concept. But I was so disappointed with the drinks. Ordered Salted Caramel Macchiato and Iced Berry Mint Tea. Both drinks were very watered down. The Macchiato doesn't taste like coffee at all. Not sure if it's meant to be that way. To each his own, please don't hate me. ☹️

Recommend the ice caramel macchiato and charcoal waffle - light and fluffy. Gelato/ice cream is well balanced, not too sweet. However space inside fits 2 table of 4 seats only. More seating outside along Haji Lane. Nice place to catch up with loved ones. Hopefully they have more pastries soon! Staff is nice and friendly

Chill place with a variety of premixed tea and coffee drinks. Very cool culture appears to paint the theme of the space. Downside is there’s no espresso or any “fresh” drinks (all drinks have been pre-made into large containers). The space is quite tiny too. Still, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. Drinks were solid too.

Love love love love love the interior so so much! The crew even showed me a bts video on their ig acc. I had caramel macchiato and my friend ordered rumicino. So cool! Also love the idea of Game Night and the" Take Me! " envelope.
