β β β β β Change my bike battery in dec 2020, but my bike cant start up due to battery weak in march 2021. Somemore, i dont use my bike often. they sold a battery cant even last for 1 year. Very disappointed. Dont worth a single star

β β β β β My 1st engine oil change on my new CB150r.. Mechanic Sim did an overall checks including coolant, chain tension, tyre pressure, lubricating etc. He is awesome & superb.. Keep it up guys.. ???

β β β β β Very knowledgeable team + they don't push you to do unnecessary procedures.
I brought my MV Agusta to WORX and they could not diagnose my problem, says need to trial and error. More like guess and guess. The guys at S.1 plugged in the diagnostics computer and all the issues came out and it was cheap to fix compared to my bills at WORX (> 1k) but still didn't solve the problem.
Kudos to S.1!
This round I'm here, other workshops told me it was th Li Ion battery issue. Told me to get new battery ($250 exclude labour). Showed the issue via WhatsApp and the told me was starter relay. Bought it for $90 and they taught me how to fix it. Best! ???

β β β β β Been a customer with them for 7 plus years . Recently traded in my 2 year old Mt 15 with a brand new Nmax 155 2021 . My experience with them has always been great . I have to compliment Ivan from S1 for his great customer service and his impressive knowledge for different types of bikes . Answering all my questions , ensuring i get the best bike to cater for my daily travel needs and also reminding me about safety riding practices on my collection day . Suprise accessories and box add on from him were amazing and solid . i appreciate it alot ! I highly will recommend and come again for my next bike in the years to come !

β β β β β way overpriced in repair fees. They may do well in the sales of their bikes but definitely not when it comes to repair of bikes. Stay away from them for repairs especially when your bike is not from them. repair standards are pretty shady.. i can do better than them.

β β β β β Price for 2nd bike is comparable to a new bike.
Dont spend a time in asking them the price over the phone. They will just insist you to make a trip there to see the bike first and there is no room for negotiation. Such a waste of time. Can had give a brief price and COE left to save time for everyone. OVERPRICE 2nd hand bike. When ask for another bike on the spot, just say the battery dead cannot be started. Got warranty dont worry ? When i am dead, who can come back for the warranty claim? Bravo.
