★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I got cheated by this shop owner Leonard. Only one person works in the shop, which is himself. I think the workers can't also tolerate his attitude.
He doesn't know how to treat the customer. He will make u to visit his shop for many times for a small repair. Finally, he can't fix the small issue for a week and will ask u to look for other shops. In fact I bought that bike from them. He said 30 days warranty, but Within 1 day, bike got problem. I have never seen such a worst service and rude behaviour.
That gentleman Leonard told me not to visit his shop hereafter and used bad words, I was shocked. I guess he is gonna close this shop soon.
Anyways, there are many good bike shops in Ubi area, Pls go for that. Never go to First Motor, you will regret in ur life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyre crack after 1week of used... Come back to the shop but boss keep insisting that I never pump air that cause the tyre crack... Selling expired tyres (2008) to customers... Do not come to this shop... Is a con shop... Endangered riders safety...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a quick simple fix to the chain. Fast workmanship and proper. However area housekeeping could use a little bit more effort to ensure work area kept clean and safe. Overall a pleasant experience for a first timer to the shop.

My father get cheated by the shop owner by selling poor condition bike and did know provide us proper documentation. We have reported this issues to CASE.
He will twist and turn story and give you poor condition bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few shop that open on Sunday. The Owner is an uncle who dressed in long sleeve shirt and pants. Very helpful owner who help me order the bolt for my gear shifter. Very approachable and friendly uncle. Will definedly be my go to place if i encounter any problem with my motorbike.
