My 4yo was having phlegmy cough for two months. Initially we went to Paediatric. The medicine managed to suppress the cough but didn’t actually remove the root cause. The cough became persistent, the PD diagnosed my girl for asthma and was given inhaler for her condition. However the cough didn’t get better. We went to SK Lim for second opinion. The Sinseh immediately identified my girl for indigestion, and the acid reflux had causes the phlegmy cough. We went for 2 sessions of 推拿 and avoided certain food as instructed, the cough eventually stopped and her bowel movement improved. At first we were quite skeptical because the diagnostic was totally different from Paediatric. Nonetheless the Sinseh identified the issue correctly and the result speaks for itself. Thank you SK Lim, you are awesome!

Very rude receptionist! Please totally avoid this place unless you love to be humiliated!. One of the receptionist very rude! Door front signage say close at 4pm. Came at about 3.30pm, she say closing shop after 1 last person that is left in the queue. Cannot accept my q anymore. Told her that I just sprained my back and nicely ask if she could kindly accommodate me. She say I should come at 1pm when open. I nicely told her that it is very pain, and I took more effort to travel and walk over from afar, nicely ask again if she could accommodate me. Otherwise I fine with it. She said ‘stop giving excuse’. (Receptionist say this to a genuine patient, can ah?) I ask her to please don’t use such impolite word, as I am speaking very nicely to her and pleasing her to help. She say and threaten me: ‘why must I be polite to you?, I will call the police and get my lawyer to sue you!’ She claim she has lawyer and a big shot and keep pushing her lawyer name card to me! Epitome of poor customer service in Singapore! Not end of story yet: The last patient (pms aunty) in the q, kaypoh and walk into the receptionist counter area, and start to confront me. She went berserk as she talk, say things like ‘I am trespass the shop, has false identity, faking illness, and come here to harass people’. All this doesn’t make sense. The receptionist took the opportunity to further bad mouth me, by parroting what the other patient said. The receptionist and sinseh was really unprofessional for not stopping and resolving the matter amicably!

I have visited this TCM clinic for past 4 years. I find the practitioner very qualified and professional. He takes time to explain treatment. However, there were occasions where I witnessed very rude, self-entitled visitors creating scenes when they were turned away for coming near closing time.

With reference to Bob Goh's comment, it is unlikely that the lady in question will "curse and swear at people" because I am a regular customer of theirs and I have seen how she responded to some very demanding and difficult customers. She showed me Bob's comment when I visited the clinic today and I feel I ought to share her side of the story. Bob had made an appointment yesterday at 1:15pm. He didn't turn up and his aunt turned up instead at 1:20pm and asked the receptionist to let her take the place of Bob. The receptionist called Bob and told him 1) he should have called personally to cancel his appointment and 2) he does not have the right to decide on the clinic's behalf that his slot can be given to his aunt. Personally, I also don't think it is fair for Bob to comment how the receptionist behaved when he is not even present in the first place to witness what took place.

Very awful service by receptionist. She acts as if there are thousands of customer i rushed all the way here but got rejected . The doctor seems to not understand my situation, i have been visiting so many years yet less than 1% of improvement omg. The receptionist is rude also haizz

Horrible attitude. Never visit again. The TCM as well as the service staff has no concern for well being of patients. They only care about the money nothing else!!!! The place is so narrow. My mum is wheelchair bound so could not get near the sick bay. This TCM raised his voice and scolded me I was blocking the path. He said he squeezed an appointment slot for us. The service staff joined in the scolding. The place is full of uncompassionate TCM and staff. Pay exorbitant fee $100+ per time for 5 mins of scolding. Not even worth a star rating!!!

The lady outside got attitude problems sia. Call in and want to help my kid make appointment. The bloody lady say can't make appointment on behalf need my kid to call and make appointment personally. Since u are not happy than dun come out and work. Pls stay stay at home lah lady boss
