Just had a visit there and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Receptionists were nice and welcoming, unlike at other clinics with grouchy (usually) aunties where they think professionalism isn't required since they're just receptionists. Apart from the registration, I was also very happy with my consultation with Dr Vincent Chia. He was patient and took the time to explain whatever I needed to know in detail. Not to mention, he was nothing like the other doctors I've visited: condescending or in a rush to get you out of the room and move on to the next patient. He was very engaged and definitely the friendliest doctor I've met. I highly recommend this clinic if you live in this area and are considering your options between the others (which I've already been to)!

The doctor was nice and caring but absolutely terrible service by the reception. They hardly speak English and they never followed up with me about my test results. They were supposed to call me back in 3 days, and they never did. Made me wait two weeks before I had to call them and follow up. The doctor’s room completely lacks privacy. There is only a curtain between the doctors room and the reception and waiting area, so there is minimum privacy. The receptionists just open the curtain and communicate with the doctor, going in and out of the patient room while there is a patient in the room. This is very unprofessional. Edit 1 Re the response : Acoustic proof curtains ? I didn’t know they exist. I could clearly hear the reception staff and the people in the waiting room while in the patient room. Maybe it’s a “one way” acoustic proof curtain ? Having the staff call me on my personal mobile line at 10:30PM about my review is also considered very unprofessional. It is ironic, how come my contact details were not incorrect when you managed to get through to talk to me about my review but not about my test results ? Again, I do appreciate your follow up, and I have nothing against the professionalism of the medical staff or the doctors that I saw, you showed great knowledge and care. However my opinion about the rest of the service received by the Clinic remains the same. Very unprofessional, at least in comparison to Australian standards.

The counter staff are friendly and professional, and are polite and ready to respond to enquiries from patients. Clinic is also easily accessible from Telok Blangah MRT.

Excellent GP that really cares for his patients. If you are looking for a family doctor that would be able to assist you with your healthcare needs, I would highly recommend Dr. Vincent.

Highly recommended GP in Telok Blangah. Dr Vincent and the receptionists are very professional and friendly. Got my baby's immunization done gently and promptly, and fully subsidized under CHAS.

I had food poisoning when last visited the clinic, and the counter staff professionally helped to prioritise me to see the doctor for treatment without upsetting the other patients who were waiting. They are considerate and kind when handling their patients, and much appreciated their excellent attitudes! Kudos!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it is the least I could do to express my gratitude to Dr. Vincent and his receptionists for their professionalism and excellent service during my visit. Throughout my visit, the reception staff was warm and friendly, far exceeding my previous experiences at other clinics. Dr. Vincent was patient and caring, thoroughly answering all of my questions despite the fact that I was only there for a booster shot. I left Dr. Vincent's clinic with the impression that he and his staff genuinely cared about the people who walked through his doors. I can't say enough good things about the clinic, and I'll absolutely bring my wife and son there if they have any problems that require medical consultation.

Fantastic experience with Elyon Family Clinic. Dr. Vincent combines professionalism, expertise and willingness to listen to me as I mentioned to him about my fear of needles. Dr. Vincent takes time with me and help me to be more comfortable before he did his gentle way of doing it. Surprisingly, I felt less pain after the injection. I would like to acknowledge also his staff, they are friendly, helpful and kind. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommended. Thanks again Dr. Vincent!!
