Dr. Lim is β€˜kind’ and understanding. Very patience doctor , definitely worth visiting. And very very reasonable β€˜price’ ?

Been seeing this clinic's doctor since I was very young. Very kind and understanding doctor. However, nowadays she starts to come a little later than the opening timing of the clinic.

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL doctor. (This post is pretty lengthy to give everyone the details of what happened) The rates that the clinic displayed for consultation differ from the actual consultation costs which are a very pricey $35 for simple temperature taking. Other clinics around the area charge about half of that so please walk on to the next clinic. The doctor did not tell me what medicine he was prescribing but when I was told to pay at the reception, I was given medicine (charged at $5 each) that I did not need (a phlegm medicine, antibiotics and painkillers for my headache). When I tried to return the medicine the receptionist said it had already been keyed into the system and I had to take it. When I insisted that the doctor was prescribing me medicine I did not need or even want the receptionist consulted the doctor. After consulting with the doctor she came back to say that they can remove the medicine but she will charge me $10 for practising cost. When I tried to clarify she said I would have to go in to see the doctor again and be charged another consultation fee($35). I checked the MOH guidelines that fees chargable must be displayed and told the receptionist who explained that her prices displayed were outdated. All through the discussion she constantly went into the room and back out to negotiate between the doctor and myself. When I realised that there was no reasoning with their dishonest practices I paid and left since they were holding my IC ransom. I asked for the medicine anyway since they were charging me for it but they refused to give it to me (although this whole discussion started because they said the medicine had already been keyed in so they couldn't retract it). Here's the part of that was more incredulous. When I went back to the organisation that I work for, my supervisor called me to check if I was alright and told me that the clinic called to say they were calling the police on me (I wish they did because I had done nothing wrong). Thankfully my colleagues were very supportive and encouraged me to lodge a complaint with SMC and MOH. But what was shocking is that the clinic used my personal details that I submitted before the consultation to search for the details of the organisation that I was working for to threaten me! An extremely upsetting and disappointing experience. I was feeling unwell and having to deal with a dishonest and unprofessional doctor was hardly what I was expecting. I will be lodging a complaint with the medical authorities but I hope that this review will help prevent you from getting cheated by this clinic too.

I was here to do my pre-departure PCR and i tried to book an appointment but apparently they don’t accept any appointment booking besides walking in services. I have been waiting for more than an hour and Im the first patient. Its really frustrating that this clinic lacks of professionalism. The person who spoke to me on the phone was rude too and Im truly disappointed with this clinic’s hospitality.

Dr. Lim is a great GP doc and price is pretty reasonable. Can speed up a little though.

Visited this clinic on the 16/03/22 @ around 8pm. Doctor Lim was unprofessional and rude. She did not allow me to speak up my concern and she told me to stop talking otherwise the conversation will never end. I told her that I did ART at home and it was positive and even show her the photos. She seems not convinced by my ART results (3 +ve reading) and still proceed to do one and then told me it was negative and told me that her ART kit might be faulty and might give a false reading in addition it is night time already that’s why. She even told me not to worry about covid and just simply brush me off after that. She told me that if my ART is positive again, to come back to her and let her perform one more ART. I questioned her what’s the point of coming back to do another ART if her kit will always shows negative? Told her that I do not want Anarax (medicine) and would wish to take naproxen (medicine) instead, ended up she didn’t give me. Bet she wanted to close clinic asap that was why she was so rush and rude.
