★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé went to the clinic this morning to see Dr Koo Joon Soo as he's still not recovered from his flu & cough... Unfortunately my fiancé had a very bad experienced with the Dr & counter staff.... Dr shouted at my fiancé when he rejected medication that was given by the dr as the medication is not related to his diagnosis... As for the counter staff (dispensing side), she did not explained clearly to the patient on how to use the inhaler that was dispense to patient & she didn't even paste the sticky label on the medication on how many times to use per day... Really disappointed with the clinic services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic I've ever seen. I've had a pain in my abdomen for more than a month and seen the doctor in this clinic 3 times, no recovery. Asked a referral letter, I went three times, and the letter still can not use for insurance claim. First time, he said could not give letter for Ihp member. I called the Ihp center, the center said the doctor should give letter to me for specialist. After given letter, however the content in the letter indicate that its my need to see specialist rather than i am required as the doctor cannot cure me. They do not allow to re-write letter as they said "This is the only letter". They ask me to go polyclinic if i want different letter. The letter was modified one time still indicate its my need to see specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Dr Koh when i was coughing really badly and it was the week before CNY.. i was really concern that i cant recover by CNY as i have been coughing since end of December.. Dr Koh diagnosed me with Bronchitis and gave me a stronger medicine.. By CNY day 1, i feel so much better.. I am really thankful about it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Koh is an experienced and good doctor. My father has been his regular customer since we moved to Yishun. When my dad went to him for abdomen pain, after some checks, Dr Koh suspected that it is Cancer and advised him to go to the hospital immediately. Dr Koh is so much better compared to the doctors in A&E, whereby they took 2 visits to realize the seriousness of my dad's condition.
