First Medical Centre - Yishun

I was on usual to see my normal GP to take my 2 monthly supply of atenolol and losartan but was told clinic don’t have losartan due to year end. My GP told me to find a clinic accepting CHAD card to buy losartan with prescription from my GP but when I came to this First Medical Centre, I was told by receptionist that my CHAS card has zero amount as at now and only when year 2021 comes, then my CHAS card got new amount. So I suspect this doctor at First Medical Centre told me a lie saying my CHAS card no money and asked me to come again in Jan 2021 when my CHAS card got Monty again. I called my GP and my GO told me my CHAS card still got $100. I went to Healthway Medical and was told my CHAS card still have $100 plus and after CHAS card deduction, I paid only $1.40 for my losartan. I don’t understand why in the first place, First Medical Clinic is so dishonest to patients and tell me a lie saying my CHAS card no money inside. If First Medical Clinic doctor don’t want to accept patients who just needs to buy medicine with prescription, can just jolly well tell me instead of telling me a stupid lie that my CHAS card no money already when card inside still has $100 plus. So sad to see such a doctor still exists who is so damn calculative about patients. Real scum bag indeed.
