I went there for threading. No hygiene in salon, while eyebrows threading lady just put her hand forcefully on face..sprayed sanitizer one drop on my hand side and half drop on her hand just for formality ? very painful and taken out hairs in between from my brows and make a cut . It was looking so uneven but she didn’t agree and said it was like that, she didn’t make a cut. She destroyed my eyebrows shape so badly . Very arrogant lady.. Not recommended for threading ..specially for eyebrows. Please learn to accept your mistake instead of being rude . If you have so many satisfied customers, there can be unsatisfied too ..

Threading my eyebrows was always a breeze at Saima's. I've always trusted her shaping my eyebrows for me, no need for me to say so much. Two thumbs up!

I used to visit Saima for eyebrow threading some years ago when they were located near the wetmarket outside Compass one shopping mall. Their eyebrow threading was ok and the place was next to busstop, hence convenient for me. After few visits, the owner lady convinced me to sign up some package as I was going there for eyebrow threading almost every month. She said I can use it to offset for future eyebrow threading and it offered better per pricing. I could only use the package for 1time. For the 2nd visit and after the eyebrow threading was done, the owner said they discontinued the package and I cannot use it anymore to offset for my eyebrow threading. They wanted to force me to use it instead for other services like facial which I didnt want in the first place. I felt cheated and they didnt return the balance money which was almost 90% of what I had paid for. Moreover I had to pay for that visits eyebrow threading on top. I stopped visiting Saima parlour from that day onwards after facing such unethical behaviour from the owner. Beware if she convinces you to sign up any package or pay any amount in advance.

Love the eyebrow threading done by Saima. It is also very affordable. She's responsive to messages which makes it easy and convenient for appointment making. She's also friendly and nice :)
