Brought my grandma there a few times to have her nails cut as her nails are much “thicker”. Across all visits, the staff were very friendly and assisted my grandma with great service and patience. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff constantly hard sell their products and package to my sister when she went for manicure. They applied some serum on both her arms without telling her that she had to pay and when she told the staff don't need to apply as she have skin allergy. Staff claimed they also have allergy and still can use. They hard sell the $100+ serum product to my sister which my sister rejected but the staff told her have to pay $60+ as they already applied on her. This is so unprofessional and trying to make customer to pay more. And now my sister have to pay even more to doctor consultation as now the allergy has spread to the whole body including limbs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did eyebrow extension however the end result was disappointment. They had a promo $68 5D ( 60 strands each) .
How can they even call they 5D when the strand is so little. Hence the staff suggest that I do the $98 full set. Then I ask her how many strands, 100 each she replied.
In the end, I did the $80 ( 80 strands each)
. At the end, no one can even tell I did eyebrow extension. Then she tried to sell package but I told her that not what I expect. Then she replied” why just now never choose do full set, full set will be what you expect. Each eye got 180 strands. Then we do the 180 strands for you
I’m like what the…… cos when I ask her $98 how many strands, I clearly rem she replied 100. ?
