★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to mention again, i was really upset with the staff the way they treating me as a customer, the one with a short brown color hair and the black long hair lady definitely no smile at all,
The way they answer my questions is really like lazy to answer,
When the other customer from germany came, she greeted her with a very friendly attitude even explained about the bag.
For my case they never explain anything, maybe because im indonesian, but anyhow because im in the rush to get the bag, im ending up buying one envelope bag.
But hearing all my friends had a good experience when they buy bags in the ysl store got me really upset with the staff who treat me badly. BIG LUXURY WELL KNOWN BRAND but i dont know how they train their SA.
Their attitude ruin my first experience purchased at the ysl store.
LV and chanel staff is more assist-able !
