โ โ โ โ โ I was extremely disappointed with this lounge. The food quality was very poor. Vegetables definitely off and inedible. Luke warm food. Only 1 alcoholic drink per person and that was of inferior quality. The lounge was untidy and under staffed. Only a 3 hour slot. Very unaccomodating reception staff. Not recommended at all. I will seriously think of terminating my membership as I feel totally unvalued as a Priority customer .

Not too crowded currently. I suspect SATS lounge will have more choices but also larger crowds
Decent place for a rest before flights

โ โ โ โ โ It certainly isn't the best lounge in Changi but worth a shower if you have a lounge membership. I certainly wouldn't pay to come here.
As others have stated you receive microwaved meals to order and you have a limit of 1 per person and receive 2 drink vouchers. They are incredibly strict with visit times and make you wear a sticker so they know when to kick you out.
The pricing is a bit unreasonable if you do not have a lounge pass.
Showers $20 - no lounge access included
Nap room $120 for 6 hours - shared rooms with nap pods
Location is nice as the window is to the butterfly garden which is now open again

โ โ โ โ โ 30 April, 02:39. Person at the counter did not sound friendly, very unusual for Changi airport.
Shower room was spacious and well lit.
Showers and heating worked perfect.
Bath towel was of average quality, rough and old.
$20 for 30 minutes use.
24 hours service, good.
Located near Transfer B.
Satisfied, but can improve.
Put instructions for returning the used towel, switch off lights after use and put a timer.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is terrible, ordered pan fried fish with sauce, not sure what came out , fish was terrible , does not matter whether it was pan fried or bartered or grilled, tasted awful, some good broccoli and cauliflower as side , I would not pay even $5 for this , coke and water was great 5/5 thatโs the only positive however I believe they taste good everywhere : wife ordered fried rice with vegetables, another awful outcome , very small place with plenty of sofa , when u consider this lounge in Singapore it will frustrate everyone , such a high end airport, it is totally mismatched. Staffs are very good , will try to give u good service , I will hats off to the service I got, food and facilities could have been better , management might have to look at menu, chef and some renovations to make it look like a lounge

โ โ โ โ โ I just went in quick to try the lounge. They give you vouchers that you use even for soda water. I did not try the food there. Not sure how this lounge was before but I wouldn't stay here unless you don't have an option. It just seemed a bit off from the check-in to choice of drinks and food.

โ โ โ โ โ It is a joke not a lounge. It is totally about 20 close to each other sections with tables/seats, limited space, no private areas. The form of these chairs are not modern so it is not really comfortable to seat there.
Workers are polite and supportive.
There are some free dishes only via menu, they are big but nothing special. Anyway you can eat well.
Hot chocolate and coffee are terrible. Tea is okay.
Donโt spend your money or passes on this. You will more enjoy sitting in Starbucks or some restaurants in B sectionโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Very good but giving fix menu order only. Good English tea, fruits and biscuits. Didn't try for fixed menu breakfast. Overall good. Will get 3 hrs time to get relaxed. Below paid facilities are also available... shower, massage & Nap room
