Saizeriya - Hougang Mall

order a plate of aglio olio vongole this is the number of lala i got (see picture ) i order egg but because their online app doesn’t have option to choose sunny side up , i am auto choose. poached egg . and the staff say is my fault for not calling them but they are so busy and i cannot get hold of them . if your app have limitation then please use the manual way!! and don’t take revenge on customer by giving pathetic amount of lala and load of garlic to chase off customer. your regular customer will goes off very soon !!

Visited this place. Staffs were understanding and fast, although we still had to wait for about 15minutes before getting seated but they kindly explained to us that it was due to SMM whereby us as Singaporeans we should understand our food and service industry staffs are working hard to keep us safe as well by not giving us unsuitable seats. I address this situation because I feel like many people in the queue do not understand why they had to wait for so long and blame it on the staffs. But all of us should be understanding and give in especially in this situation during the pandemic. Besides that, I would like to compliment the service today was great and the food was served quickly.

My family and I waited at the entrance for 15 minutes and nobody greeted us. Long queue was formed behind and the counter staff continued with keying his take away order and handling delivery orders. Finally there is a table for us and we ordered our food. It took very long for our order to be served. A waitress slammed the can drinks on our table, shocking us as we were chatting happily. We then noticed that one of the canned drink was missing, so I raised my hand to catch her attention. She gave a "none-of-my-business" face and said "wait" impatiently in Chinese. Then my family and I see her walking in and out of the kitchen, clearing up tables and wiping the table. It was another 5 minutes before she once again slammed the canned drink on the table. We were shocked with her attitude but we decided to keep quiet since the restaurant seems short-handed. We ordered 3 pasta, but my mum's order was never served. We asked the counter crew about the order as he happened to walk past. He re-assured us that we will check with the kitchen and my mum got her food within 10 minutes. This means that the kitchen probably missed out on our order. My family and I were quite disappointed and would not dine in the restaurant again.

Staff is very rude, not literally but she just throw the food on our table without a care in the world. Ordered beef bolognese but received my pasta with barely any meat.

Would have given 0 stars but google forces a min of 1 star. Utterly appalled by the rude and lazy service standards of this particular branch. I've happily dined in at many other Saizeriya branches, but this is the first time the waiters dump the orders onto your table without opening their mouths to check who gets which meal or any eye contact. On top of that, all the staff seemed to be in a foul mood on Mothers' Day. Perhaps they aren't getting paid double on such a busy day since it's not a public holiday, that's why they were frowning. Yes I know there is no service charge, but other outlets can display a cheerful disposition and still welcome the guests, why just this Hougang Outlet And let me stress again HOW LAZY they staff are. Being a Frasers Mall, We wanted to claim frasers rewards points after the meal, and were curtly told by one female manager that the machine was down (and she did not want to entertain further enquires). That was not true, because we went to the customer service counter for help immediately afterwards, and the staff was annoyed because she just checked that the machine was working at Saizeriya in the afternoon. The Mall customer service staff IMMEDIATELY WENT DOWN TO THE RESTAURANT, confronted the male manager, and took the machine scanner, and IT WAS WORKING. Please up your game, Hougang Branch.

Countless times to Sazeriya; first visit to this outlet in Hougang mall. Magherita pizza and cheese hamburger and focaccia was ordered. Crispy thin pizza, cheesy steak, hot focaccia. Overall ??

Dined in with my hubby here last weekend. The restaurant was full, but fortunately we didn't have to wait long for a table. Queued around 10 minutes. Food is delicious and affordably priced. Only down side was that the seats are not that comfortable in the middle of the restaurant. I would prefer to sit at the corner areas instead. We spent slightly over $20 for the below items. Reasonable priced set lunch with salad, drink and main. Don't expect too much from the set meal as it is really very valuable in terms of money. The taste is okay if you're not fussy. Anyway, it's a casual dining restaurant so don't expect top notch service or super good quality food. Manage your expectations! Anyway. It's good enough for me to fill my tummy!
