I	Isaac Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the very little shops in Rivervale Mall that I like. I love what Saizeriya has to offer. The price points are nice. For a small amount you get to try a nice dish. I tend to over order whenever I am there. Way to get fat! I would say that this restaurant is a very "safe" choice, almost will never go wrong.

The lady manager or staff who served us was quite unfriendly. 7 of us but she wana squeezed us into a 6 person table, with 1 of us sitting at the other end! When we suggested to join a 2 person table to that 6 person table, she was quite reluctant and so pushed the table so hard that it banged with the other table. Can see she abit black-faced. We thought is finalised but after seated barely 2-3min, she said her manager could not allow us to sit there, so she transferred us to another long table, 8 persons. We r ok with it, s long we r comfy n food not ordered yet. Food wise is v ok, served promptly n hot.

We ordered Margarita pizza, four cheese ravioli Two types of Focaccia Bread & black truffle & Mushrooms. The portion size was good for the price.. I personally liked the black truffle & Mushrooms spaghetti.. Service was also good , all of them were polite and gentle. We were full so couldn't order deserts, probably next time...looking forward to taste their Tiramisu...

Staff seems absent while waiting for queue despite having barely anyone in the restaurant. Rang the bell for at least 3 minutes before I gave up and seated myself. Can only scan to order but sometimes it would not process your order or take forever to do so, saw the same thing happened to another table near me. Despite asking staff for help to take order instead, staff just oversee me as I attempt to order again and did nothing when they saw that it was loading infinitely until I ask them to take physical order and yet they seem unprepared to take physical order and just left and tell me to wait for god knows how long and by the time they're back my order is already processed. Gave wrong dessert order as well.
V	Vero Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is by far the best among all as the standard of food and service has aways been very good and consistent. I need to commend Tristan who attended to me throughout my dining session and even went the extra mile to get me a new mask after noticing that my mask strip was broken and I was barely holding on to it. Thumbs up to the Tristan and colleagues for the pleasant dining experience!
b	bubbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i waited for my food for 45 minutes. i raised my hand vigorously and the staff even acknowledged and asked me to wait. i was being patient and waited but after 45 minutes, it still didn’t arrive. i understand that she has a lot of customers to attend to, but seriously…45 minutes is way too long. besides, i was just merely asking for my dessert to be served. i was also rushing elsewhere but no one bothered to attend me. even some staffs saw my hand raised for a long time but they were so ignorant. the food is also very diluted and low-quality. ultimately, the service is what threw me off. the food is at least pretty decent for the price paid. i hope the service here at rivervale mall can improve..

The chicken cheese and hamburger meal was fine. While the carbonara was too thin and watery. Serving portion for this pricing is good.
