Best Italian restaurant in Singapore

M	Moiz Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced Italian food available in Bedok Point complex. Giving it 4 stars because the soup we ordered was not served hot and it took about 15 mins for staff to come take our order mostly because it's understaffed.
M	Madeline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food, good value. Food standard is pretty consistent across outlets. Only gave two stars because of the terrible service. Visited this place more than 10 times and never once received good service. Service staff asked for the no. of pax and pointed to the many empty tables at the corner (quite a distance away). Sat at one of the tables as was rudely told that “you are sitting at the wrong table”. I chose to patronise again only because of the good value food.
D	Dave Hoong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and affordable italian restaurant in the east. There isn't any gst or service charge and yet the restaurant can still afford to keep the price low.

Regardless, the service delivery is still consistent and the food is cooked to the saizeriya standards. However , there are two issues here. First, the menu has yet to be updated to one which we can order off the tablet and is still viewed in their pdf format. Secondly , my favorite grilled salmon is still served with spinach? Which is really hard to chew and gets stuck in between teeth easily. Change these 2 and we are golden with 5 stars.

x	xinyi she on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a nice meal! the lovely lady who served us (in red uniform) remained so enthusiastic and courteous despite dinner crowd ✨ only 2 staff were out serving customers so we feel more manpower is necessary to improve efficiency, they were struggling to find time to clear tables. :(

Many outlets around the island... Price really affordable n foods are good too... Services are not bad too... Been in this store lot of times n never once disappointed...
