I ordered the new menu item with sour cream and spicy pops dips, but they forget to pack that for me. How could they miss out a crucial highlight of a new menu? Also, you can't get porridge in the morning as they are not open. I suggest going to another KFC outlet next to Sheng Shiong supermarket which is about 5 mins' walk away

During my turn, was informed that they do not have sufficient change and insist on payment by NETs or VISA. Fortunately I have my NETs with me, otherwise would have been waiting for nothing. Upon receiving my orders, I double-check those takeaway items despite numerous reminders and realised whip potatoes was given instead of my requested coleslaw! I know these are really minor issues but the entire KFC experience would have been a lot better if these staffs service levels are higher.

I approached to the counter as the pager/buzzer alerted me to collect my order.As mentioned, my ‘pocket’ is still not ready upon collection.Initially he requested me to come back which upsets me.But with a smile and being apologetic, he told me he will personally sent it over to me which he did. Perhaps for some it’s a norm but I do appreciate it. Well done Danish! Thank you!

What the hell is KFC doing?? And the staff like I owe them a lot of money or maybe their parent just pass away?? All show me very rude face especially the Indian fat guy, look at me like I just kill his whole family!! Please TRAIN your staff PROPERLY!!

No such issue encounter so far with other outlets. Indian lady who served me at the counter can take my order without asking me for drink preference for my meal. Waited 25mins and finally got my takeaway. The last 5 mins was wasting time on asking what's my drink and dilly dally with asking if I wanted chili. If I had not ask for spoon, it will not be given either.

They called back said they'd give me that piece of chicken along with extra sides the next time I visit, just need to look for the store manager and give my contact details...?!?! Ya right, like I'm going to go down to KFC and stand at the counter and announce my contact details in front of everyone, just for a piece of chicken, when what I want is to have the meal I ordered DURING MY MEALTIME. There's a reason I picked the 3 piece meal option and not the 2 piece meal, and that reason is because I want an effing 3 piece! Feel so bloody cheated.
F	For Peen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cheat day meal that didn't hit the spot. Chickens were okay but the coleslaw had a weird plastic chemical after taste. Can pick meat parts when ordering from the app but not the sugar free option for the Pepsi. Lastly, flies on the tables.
E	E T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given no stars but then I'd not be able to write this review. Hygiene at this outlet is atrocious. Found super long black hair entrapped in batter of chicken fillet burger! I couldn't even pull it out! Support gross!!!
