Do not waste ur money on this store. There are many stores outside serve better than them. Delivery lead time more than a month and without any follow up. I can just reluctantly expect them to respond on my questions. Worst still, after I reported to Lazada, they irresponsible by answering me that items delivered which I did not even receive it at all. They didn’t even bother check on my order status and simply ignored my order without following up. Glad that I purchased from Lazada and hopefully they will make the arrangement for the refund from this ridiculous store.

Had some issues with the order process itself, item listed as available on their site was later reported as out of stock only after I had made and paid for my order. I had to propose my own solution to get things resolved.
Overall, not the worst, but I don't think online shopping should require so much attention from the customer post-order. It could have been a simple transaction but became needlessly tedious, the merchant's operations could be better coordinated. Can consider if there's no other alternatives for the specific product you want.
