★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery for 6.15pm. Waited till 6.50pm before I contact the store to find out the status (since it was explicitly stated in the website that delivery time may varies +/-30mins). Was surpised when staff told me that the salad I ordered are ready but still inside the store as they are still looking for a driver. Staff called me past 7pm again and told me the manager had approved for me to cancel the order and will refund me the money within next 5-7 days. Dinner plan was ruined for the evening. Making things worse, it has been close to a month and I have yet to receive my refund despite calling in and writing in to the store.
