β β β β β Exceptional attention to detail with the violin that I brought in, he was able to pin point the problem for me to achieve the sound that I wanted yet accommodate my hectic schedule. With this attention to detail, the price he quoted was value for money, with no additional charges.

β β β β β Danny and Charles (I hope I got the names right) had displayed knowledge and passion towards their craft, which gave me the confidence and trust in their recommendations. I am very happy with my purchases knowing that the items were chosen and put together with quality and care. I am enjoying my new cello set as well as my rehaired (old) bow which is now sounding better than ever before.

β β β β β Irresponsible. Appointment at 130pm ,no one at shop. WhatsApp and Called twice ,owner went for haircut. Waste of time. Shop Look really messy and dusty from outside.

β β β β β Dishonest shop. Claims to sell eastman violins but turned out, was sold an 'in house' one that does not have the eastman label in it at all! If you are new or do not know your stuff, you will be ripped off. Quality of violins and bows are poor. The shop was dusty and messy, pick up any violin and you can see the dust on it. Claims to have free servicing every half yearly etc but my bow broke 2 months after getting it, texted and did not get any reply. From sales to after sales service, atrocious experience!

β β β β β Was recommended by my son's music school to Danny for upgrading to an Eastman. Danny was fast in response when i was contacting him via watsap. Went down with my son to Salient Strings. Although it may looked rather small as compared to other major instrument shops, Danny provided personal & professional service to us. My son brought his old violin where his E string snapped constantly like every 1 to 2 months. Danny was quick to rectify the problem. After that, Danny let my son tried out a few Eastman violins. He did not hard sell. We were not pressured to buy at all. In the end, my son choose an Andreas Eastman Violin. I will highly recommend Danny for his honest, sincere and professional service.
