β β β β β Food was terrible. The spicy fried chicken was totally bland and the sauce was very sweet and spicy. The kimchi soup was very sour and watery. The fish roe soup was watery and very fishy. The pancake was passable at best. The BBQ pork belly was also passable and the BBQ marinated beef was too sweet for my liking. The $13 noodles looked and tasted like those packet instant noodles. The side dishes were not happening either. Finally the rice has a layer of hard dried out rice along the edges. Not worth the $169.50 spent for 5 persons. Service was just like the food. Will never go back again.

β β β β β To be honest, werenβt very hungry so only ordered 2 dishes- chicken bulgogi and seafood tofu soup
5 stars for the tofu soup! Would come back for it. Tasty, with just enough spiciness and right portion of ingredients.
Sadly wouldnβt say the same for the chicken bulgogi, felt like the Korean restaurant in NUS had better chicken bulgogi ? it seems to be the non-sweet kind which is fine but the chicken bits seemed a little big sized and possibly a little over cooked? Would have preferred if they were a little more tender..
The side dishes were fine albeit on the spicy side.
Beer is not bad, $10 for a big bottle.
Maybe next time can try the BBQ. Maybe itβll be better.

β β β β β Each plate of bbq pork and bbq beef roll that we ordered is only given 4 pieces of lettuce. The quality of the lettuce is also bad. It looks like rotting soon and we have to threw most of it and we are not given more lettuce once we finish our 4 pieces of lettuce.

β β β β β We ordered Samgyeopsal, pork jowl, soondubu, Kimchi pancake. All tasted good, however the meat portion was really disappointing. $20 per portion looks like this. The bbq grills seem to be just for show because they will cook in the kitchen for you. There was a piece of under cooked meat. We wonβt come back again because of the portion of meat.

β β β β β Never expect service here to be that bad, it's horrible. They also only serve 4 side dishes. No more no less. Also they don't wash their vegetables. Meat platter is over $60++, don't expect anything here. They even offered to grill the meat dishes in the kitchen before serving it to you. That pretty much defeats the whole purpose of kbbq. I hope auntie Kim will be back.

β β β β β My family was around Thomson area and didn't know what to eat. We saw this cosy place and decided to give it a try and certainly glad we did! We love the kimchi rice and army stew. Delicious and perfect, especially if on a rainy day. The staff were polite and attentive. Will definitely be back again!

β β β β β A little taken back at first by the service, place have seen better days.
Food is good, like that the traditional BBQ meat is done in the kitchen and served.
Seafood pan cake is a must.
Fluffy egg is really fluffy
$$$$ is slightly above average.

β β β β β Tried once and thatβs it. In the first place, I donβt fancy Korean food. The menu prices were steep but we thought to just give it a shot on a rainy day as we didnβt want to go far. Secondly, portions were small and while we were eating, back of my mind is that the margins were so high on a simple fried egg dish. Like I said, go once for convenience and never again.
