BEWARE OF SCAM - Upselling to Elderlies I would like to take this opportunity to spread awareness on this salon which is highly likely part of a syndicate to scam the old and frails by taking advantage of their vulnerability and their lack of ability to comprehend the situation. Have been informed that one of my relative had went down for a simple haircut, and it resulted to an upselling scheme on packages which are not even suitable and useful for my relative. Taking advantage of her hearing problem, she was then charged way beyond what was expected without her knowledge. Scams are so common in Singapore nowadays, now LEGALLY OPENED SALONS also want to attempt such? What's more, scamming ELDERLIES' hard-earned savings? If your relatives have similar experience, please make a police report immediately. Justice will be served to impose punishment on heartless owners of such salons. Please also accompany your child / parents / grandparents to the salon to prevent such matters from occurring. I deeply hope they will repent.

Unfortunately, gotta say that this is the WORST haircut service ever. Totally would not recommend anyone to patron any of the outlets under this biz company. Staffs were dishonest about the hair treatment services and are very hardselling in insisting that you opt for their add-on hair treatment packages etc, when you’re merely there for just a hair trim. Fyi, haircut done was terrible too. Speechless.

Please avoid this shop at all cost. Idk why my mom sign package with them. Seriously for the price paid you could get more in a mall salon or even a honest home salon business. After rebonding my hair and doing a scalp treatment, ( fyi i believe the scalp treatment is a scam, i can just buy any scalp treatment and DIY. ) when washing away the residue the person scrub my hair so hard until i can almost see jesus. After that is done, number 16 showed me some deep conditioning bottle and say this is good for my hair blahblah, i thought he giving me some free bottle to try before buying or what. And guess what. One fking small bottle not even 10ml cost $59. Mind you, 2 bottle was used because of my hair length. Fk off seriously i will never come back here again. Spent $118 for a fking small bottle

The salon workers scammed my 80 year old grandfather. My grandfather went to cut his hair at this salon and paid $54 for cut wash and blow. However, when he went to the cashier to pay, they requested him to pay via NETS. The China/Malaysian man covered the price on the terminal and my grandfather keyed in the pin number. He did not even give any receipt and told him it is done and okay to go. A few days later he checked the bank account and realised they charged him $800. He went back to get the money back but they told him to come another day and said they do not have the money now. End up, they ask him to come back in a week to claim the refund. When I accompanied him to the salon to get back the refund today, the boss was coloring her hair and they tried to ignore us and not look at us. After complaining and fighting back, she returned the money via paynow. Did not even refund the $54 , only returned $746. Very rude and scam old people money, please do not visit no matter what.

Went for haircut, told person at start i want haircut in chinese alrdy (hairstylist is a PRC). After haircut was done, suddenly used some machine to check my scalp and said my scalp very oily ask me use their product to wash my hair with. Hairstylist did not even wait for me to say if i want then put the treatment oil onto my scalp and insisted i pay for it. After some back and forth, i told him i was not going to pay for it and he jst told me okay then u leave lor. So ended up leaving with the treatment oil still on my hair, extremely unprofessional and very telling of their business ethics. For your own benefit, stay away from this β€œsalon”, if u can even call it that lol.

Just head to Snip Avenue just a few shops down. Bad service all around. Poor planning as well. Only one person was doing haircuts and he then decided to help the customer dye her hair, ignoring those waiting for a haircut outside. Decided to walk away because I knew I wasn't going to get served any time soon despite waiting for more than 30 mins. Oh, and their usual price for haircuts is $25, but their "promotion" (which never ends) is $5. Prolly false advertising, which also shows the dishonest side of this business.

Please for the love of your mother and father DO NOT go to this place or at least complain so they close down. This salon literally SCAMMED my brother to do a treatment for 598 dollars when he did not even say yes to any treatment! Yes you are seeing it right! For 598 dollars I can get a top treatment at orchard road already why the hell would I come here! When I came back with my brother the guy at the counter still has the audacity to tell me my brother paid so it means he wanted it even though my brother told him he just wants a haircut and was pressured to pay after the guy showed him the price after the "free" hairwash that he said

Some staff did decent haircut, some just cannot make it. If cut botak can come here, fr simple haircut like β€˜high slope’, 50-50. See photo attached, even after told to adjust. This was what the stylist claimed to be ok. ??‍♂️
