★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hairstylist was James. He is super friendly and also professional. I knew what hairstyle I wanted and not only did he give me the outcome I expected, the whole experience was also very comfortable and pleasant. Before he begins, he will inform me the service rates and he will let me know how long the process is going take. I told him I will like to have the hair dye done another day and he was very respectful. Even on a busy day, James did not do my hair in a rush and did a fantastic job. He even taught me tips on how to blow my hair and his final touch to achieve the look.
Unlike some salons where I often have to step over the hair on the ground, Kimage maintains the salon very clean and well. I also love how Kimage salon uses very fresh clean towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST ever salon experience!! The lady who was cutting my hair keep gossiping with another employ while cutting my hair. Hard sell and keep recommend for scalp treatment. It was so bad. COST ME $350 for this service and after wash my hair got more scalp (attached pic). My hair feel like straw and dry after coloring. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS
