Probably the worst haircut I've had, sloppy job done but for $10, you get what you pay for.

Cheating salon!!! When u go there first time, they will asked u join $100 member fee to entitle $1 haircut . After u joined and paid upfront, they will treat u "transparent" let u wait long long even they are free talking aside or they ask u come another day cos they are too busy pulling new member!!!

I would give my hairstylist a 5 stars review as I find that he is skilled, and patient. He advised me to take a round scalp treatment as I had some redness and I decided to sign up since they are doing a promo for $99. I'm done with the tx and the overall exp was pleasant. But they convinced me to sign up a tx plan that will cost me $1k. I didn't expect I need so many round of scalp tx and the hairstylist earlier on mentioned after I'm done can monitor first if there is an improvement then I can sign up a few more round. So I turn them down, and their manager use another matter to convince me by paying a deposit to secure the deal. Coz they are doing a national day promo $99 for scalp tx, original price is $299, and if I don't secure the deal today the next time I come back I will need to pay for the original price. First of all, I haven't see any improvement and they are so hard selling about the tx plan. Honestly, if you just want to get a hair cut done you may consider as I think any hairstylist can do the job. If you need more than just a haircut, then better be careful

Did not Google reviews before going for this hair salon. Did a simple cut and knowing I've thinning hair I took up the offer to do a scalp treatment. The worst part was after the treatment, the closed the door and the boss tried to sell me their packages while the female staff massaged my hair. It was very friendly but very stressful to reject. I managed to say no but I would encourage to avoid visiting the salon if your ability to say no is very low. Nonetheless the local hairdresser did a fine job so I'm still happy with the $25 hair cut. Just a big no for any treatments.

Went there since last year for just a haircut actually but turned out signing their packages cost me 2k+ in the end coz they really hardsold. I can say their service was okay and although I rejected for signing new package multiple times but the service was still on point. BUT when I rejected for signing the package again on last day of my treatment, that JB girl really did sloppy job! 小伟 and Sharon are fine but NOT HER! NO PROFESSIONALISM!

Initially went in for an affordable $5 haircut since I only needed a trim and not a haircut exactly. Had good service and the guy attending to me was very friendly and seemed sincere. Thought this salon was fine. Took up a scalp treatment package and nightmares began. Started hardselling add on treatments and packages and even went as far as to force it on the package owners every single subsequent visits I went. Be very aware if you want to try them out. They are REALLY forceful and terrible after you become a package holder.
