★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment took too long. Spent more than 5 hrs in the salon to get hair rebonded, dyed and treated. I think towards the end the job was rushed and I didnt get the full hair treatment experience ☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and boss were so warm and welcoming. Was very chatty and were very polite in upselling services and products. Not upset even though declined. Came here before, eons ago. They were quite fast overall, massage was quite strong and painful even though it's a quick one. Definitely something you don't expect coming from petite ladies in here. Could have improved the massage better if they asked beforehand whether the strength is okay. I did the scalp and ends treatment, very cooling on the head. Would come here again to try others.
