β β β β β Great products - I love the pork and anxin chicken. For someone who cooks regularly, it is such a joy to cook soup with the fresh meat. There is no porky smell and I highly recommend the chicken too! Quan Shui also delivers items well packed with an abundance of ice packs. Excellent customer service too! :) thank you!

β β β β β Fantastic platform to access the products from the wet market.
The communication from the Quan Shui team has always been stellar. Items are consistently vacuum sealed neatly and delivered with multiple ice packs in a styrofoam box to keep chilled. Never had a problem with the quality of meat and vegetables received.
We had one partially refunded order as the chicken did not pass their quality checks - the refund was processed quickly and fuss free. This is a refreshing experience to see sellers take pride in only providing fresh and quality produce. ??

β β β β β 3rd purchase since last month and always excited and looking forward to each of their delivery. It never disappoint me as my ordered items always came fresh and well packed. Presentation was good and very satisfied about their service. On the other hand, the team will send a whatβs apps reminder a day before the delivery day provided with estimated delivery time range. Moreover, they will do a follow up check after the items have delivered to my house. Will definitely purchase from them again without hesitation :)

β β β β β Bought from Quan shui few times and always a happy customer. Items well packed and plenty of ice packs to ensure items are cold when delivered. Fresh pork cut as per request and the dim sum are all good (use of fresh meat). Bought their vegetables and the quality never fails. Lastly, the customer service is always prompt and friendly. They also allow purchase via CDC voucher! Thanks for bringing fresh produce at our convenience! :)

β β β β β Ordered from Quan Shui couple times already. Fuss free and easy especially since Iβve no clue how to order the different pork cuts from the wet market.
Everything comes well packed and some even cubed for easy preparation. I was having my confinement and Quan Shui was a lifesaver, saving me many trips to the wet market and getting lost in translation of the cuts my nanny requested for.
Delivery is always very prompt as Chelsea always sends a delivery reminder and the tracking link for delivery timing is accurate. Packaging is 10/10 with all of the meats vacuum packed, clean and easy to store in the freezer. Their ice packs & styrofoam boxes also keeps food fresh upon delivery.
Highly recommended!

I have ordered from them twice and both times the order was fuss-free and the next day delivery service is also so convenient. I really appreciate the level of high touch service from the text message checking on the goods delivered and the concise tracking delivery information. My family loved the pork balls which I ordered the last time and have since reordered them again.
