β β β β β Horrible experience. Stated on paper needed to wait 26 minutes. Ended up waiting for an hour. Did not send SMS or call. After waiting for such a long time, the staff were nonchalant and declined to let me know the rates for the postpaid plans. Utterly ridiculous and rude customer service. They would not let me know how much it costs per month and after probing, gave me completely wrong information. The company needs to do something about the staff at this branch after seeing all the bad reviews.Dont waste your time, call if possible.

β β β β β Long waiting time. Reached at 7+ and waited till 9pm closing time before I was served. One of the staff taking his time going through customer request, the other busy packing inventory and not managing the long queue. Only 1 staff is moving the queue.

β β β β β Very inefficient and poor planning of task allocation. Only one counter was open for all services, not sure what 4 other staff were doing the whole time. There were only 4 people infront of me and I queued for over an hour. Shouldβve checked on the google reviews before heading down here.

β β β β β Horrible service and inefficient. There was only 2 customers waiting to be served including me, and I only wanted to do a router exchange. Only 2 counter was opened, where one of the counter just left for lunch at 6pm?? And I'm supposed to wait 45 mins to be the second person to be served..immediately left for Orchard Central outlet which was wayyyy better and faster!

Was advised by a staff to go to other branches as the wait time is 45 minutes but when i come back 20 minutes later, i am already in the missed queue and i am supposed to queue at the line that is serving missed queue number and the other two staff in the shop are simply not helping to clear the missed queue and just asked me to wait.
