(posted on 16 June 2018) I bought a package of 10 sessions of 1 hour body massage at the Toa Payoh outlet. They transferred my package to be used at Tras outlet only. At my 6th session, then they want to change my package to 30mins back massage and one herbal back mask. Just felt cheated. Beware of this place. (posted on 8 August 2018) The management just sent the massage lady to call me to offer one free treatment if I remove the post. Sorry, I will not. Everyone deserves to know how unethical this place. First, anyhow change a customer's package in the middle of treatment. Second, use free treatment like bribery to remove post. Third, management cannot handle such issues, always ask treatment staff to settle customer? Four, have the cheek to call customer up after close to 2 months to stir this up when I dropped this issue after they gave me back my half hour which they cut from that episode.
