Wife went for just a hair wash, and it cost $30! Only 1 time of shampoo and 1 time of conditioner. Too expensive in my opinion. Whole session less than 10 minutes

asked for highlights with NO bleach, in the end, colour was already pretty bright to not be suspected as no bleach. went to another stylist, and in the end had to treat my hair as they suspected my hair highlights were mixed was bleached.

I frequently do treatment at Santorini and Ray is a very professional and friendly hairstylist. I’m always impressed by the final outcome so definitely highly recommended!

Irresponsible hair stylist. Old female lady was dying another customer’s hair and told me to go for tea and come back in 30 mins. Did as she asked and when i got back, the customer was just done with her hair dye. To my surprise, another man walked in sat down and the old lady started dying his hair? Im thinking is it because dying hair brings greater commission for the hair stylists? So much so that they neglect the other customers who just needs a haircut????

My husband and I always went to Santorini for haircut and treatment. Irene is very professional and friendly hairstylist. We are always impressed by the final outcome. Highly recommended!

My stylist is Ray, I visit this salon regularly for touching up of color, hairs treatment and also sent my children here for hair cut. Ray help me do a digital perm recently and I really like the end result. Unlike most big name salon in the mall, the staff in Santorini are not hard selling, not pushing you to buy their package or product. Their price is reasonable, I’m glad I found this rare gem in my neighbourhood.

I spent my childhood in a hair salon, therefore very particular about hair cuts and can tell a good cut that flows well just by looking at a stylist doing their work. I chanced upon Santorini from a coupon thingy and bought it, because the salon is just across my home. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Ray is my stylist, a smiley young man who laughs easily, quite a talent is cutting short hair styles. I think he was quite surprised that it was me who asked him if they sell packages, and bought a 500$ package upon the first visit. Having deposited my money in the shop did not affect the service quality I received from Ray. I normally will text him to make appointment, he will reply the same day and try his best to accommodate me. He knows small details of what I like, such as broad highlights. Having very unruly waves, he make special effort to just relax my fringe a little, so that my mop will sit better. That is good service that even all the big Korean and Japanese names who charges 10 times more did not provide. Service personnels need to be acknowledged that they have done well to keep things up. I feel that Ray and the staff are doing an excellent job given their limited space and resources, they have to "bao ka liao" every customer they serve, it is not easy. Yeap, for their price point and proximity to home. Santorini is for me.
