Dr Nicole is really nice. She's professional in her delivery and answered my queries regarding dental care thoroughly, making me feel assured that i am in good hands.

Im a dentaphobia since young so visit dental was never in my mind till my tooth ache. Dr Nicole is very supportive giving me assurance with emotional support. She make my visit less scary. Her assistant also very gentle. They can see how nervous i was. Their words are kind . do visit them is staying this area. Full star for Dr Nicole

Just went to the clinic for my swollen gum, the bespectacled nurse has lousy attitude, only inform dentist on leave and can’t be bother to entertain my queries. Made me feel like a unwanted customer, busy with playing her handphone. Wow, “best nurse” of the month and i will never ever set foot in this brand clinic at all, thanks to her.

(In respond to the customer service’s reply below, I do not agree with you and mostly untrue. I suggest you do your fact check before stating all these false accusations. Your first sentence is already false. I did not make appointment AT ALL in Seletar, also your rude receptionist turned me away citing I was late in Tampines for my first appointment. I showed up for both appointments. This says a lot about your credibility in what you said below and how you treat customers. It is strange if you have time to type such lengthy reply yet do not bother to pick up my phone when I made so many call in? Also still no apology on hurting my lips. Deny if you have done your customer wrong? Well done! I too stand by my decision that your clinic is still in my blacklist.) Terrible service from Royce, from receptionist to dentist to their customer handling. Rude, not responsive and unhelpful. Injured my lips on first visit and did not bother to call or follow up. Simply unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

My first visit here for a toothache and it was such a pleasant experience. From the clinic reception to the dentist, service was excellent. Dentist was gentle, calm and patient. Will definitely come back again!
