Bad experience during my visit on 3rd May 2021. It was poorly handled by Dr Law Kung How who was attending to me. No professional and precaution advice was given throughout this 2min consultation which cost me $28. Nevertheless im not saying this clinic is not good. Its just some individuals that gave this clinic a bad reputation. The young Dr Quah who attend to me before was good but not this Dr Law Kung How.

Dr Ong is friendly and gentle with my 3yo when we were there for swab test. She do prep talk and love her explanation on the process to my 3yo. Thanks

This clinic has been our family clinic for some time now. While we were overseas for a couple of years, my parents' health needs were also in the good hands of Dr Quah. Always patient, thoughtful and thorough in his consultation, Dr Quah has been our trusted doctor and good friend ? It helps that they accept govt health subsidy programmes (CHAS, Merdeka, Pioneer, CDA, PHPC...) and during this pandemic, they are also one of the clinics approved to provide HealthCerts for pre-departure Test. I also recently got to know that Dr Quah is able to do swab test for children (as young as 1 month old!). According to my family members who've had swab tests done by him, he has steady hands and the whole nose-poking experience was NOT unpleasant nor intimidating at all. The clinic can get busy at times (and especially lately with more swab tests being done as the nation tries to ring-fence the spread) so best to call to make an appointment in advance. It helps with managing the crowd in the small space too given the SMM advisory. Now, I just want to add that I find it rather unfair for some reviewer to rate the clinic poorly simply because of ONE bad encounter with a staff who isn't even on the permanent payroll (who is Dr Law?? Never heard of nor seen him; his name is not on the door; his name is not on the website either). It's like going to an establishment where one had enjoyed good service but didn't bother to provide compliment, but then decided to make a big deal out of ONE negative experience with a part-timer ?. If you are new to this place, please read through all the other reviews and you would realise the main doctor and owner of the clinic is pretty awesome and definitely does not deserve that 1 star rating. (No, I do not work here nor have any vested interest with the clinic; I'm just a satisfied customer who prefer to offer honest feedback).

One of the best doctors. Dr Quah is a careful and patient doctor. He would always take time to listen to his patients and make sure his patients get the right treatment. Thank u Dr Quah.

Dr Quah is very professional, patient with young children and very assuring and helpful during consultation!

Thanks to Dr Quah Soon Wee for his care and assurance towards my mum, Mdm Koh C.H during her recent visit. He also went an extra mile in offering assistance to her. We would like to extend our appreciation for his genuine kindness and care towards her.

I guess there’s a reason why there are so many compliments for Dr Quah Soon Wee. He was patient , helpful and caring towards my mother when she was really sick. I'm very grateful for his thoughtfulness and patience . We definitely need more passionate doctors like Dr Quah. Thank you sir .

Dr Ong Shu Min was very attentive and empathetic. She listened carefully and explained very clearly. The nurses were kind and friendly too. Definitely recommend this clinic to all!
