★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not try their service. Made an appointment for eyelash extensions on 12/9 for 23/10 and it was confirmed.
Initially wanted it to be after work at 7pm but she insisted but that she has to end work at 4pm. I said fine since I paid for it. I will go over at 11 on 23/10 lunch time.
On 22/9, they message me to go over for an eyelash extension the next day. Claimed that the confirmation given was because she saw a wrong date and no mitigation plan was given. Service was paid and she has no sense of remorse.
