The staff were very friendly and Super informative like giving advise on maintaining the aircon, advising on the prices of aircon remotes even, quite a pleasant experience overall ? The servicing itself was great too I can feel an actual noticeable change in the airflow of the place it’s significantly better!! 10/10 would recommend. Engaged them for both my shop and my home!

Overall process took about 30-40mins and resulting air-conditioning units were well-handled - very professional and prompt service done! Would definitely consult their services again when needed

We were impressed. He listened and patiently explained to us the options and procedures we can take. Now we have all new aircons installed for the Lunar New Year 2021! Job well done! My family approached SAS M&E for our home Air-conditioning repair, maintenance as well as installation after moving into our new home. They were very accommodating with our tight timeline as we wanted to try to get everything done amidst our renovations during the year end. They are also very responsive and constantly had their sales advisors and staff updating & informing us when any issue arises. Most importantly, the pricing is transparent and economical. Having used other independent air-con technicians before they were usually cheap however it would end up creating many problems down the line so i would advise against independent air-conditioning technicians and go for a much more established company such as SAS M&E. Once again, I would personally recommend SAS M&E for their professionalism, transparent pricing and efficiency.

I was first warmly and respectfully greeted by their staff over the phone as I told them about the problems that I was facing with my air conditioner. At that point of time i was busy with work so i left them my contact number to have a further discussion. Within the day, Lance texted me with regards to the services that i required. Not gonna lie it was much more affordable than i thought and I initially thought that it was a lil sus. Anyway i was lucky enough to have an appointment for the next day. The contractors that came over greeted my family with a smile and they acted professionally. Fast forwarding to after they cleaned my air conditioner, as expected it is working in good condition again and i am pleased with their services. I even entered a yearly contract with them to service my air conditioners in the house initiated by Lance. Smooth talker, cool lad. 10/10 value for money, 10/10 would recommend.
