★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a keratin treatment which cost 428 SGD but 2 days after, when I washed my hair it got frizzy again. I really lost my money and my time, this is a scam and a shame!!
The girl taking care of me was hardly speaking english, just chinese so complicated for a non-chinese speaker to be understood.
Last but no least the hair cut is terrible as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much hard selling... Daughter was forced to buy their $540 membership (claimed to be for students only), even though she kept declining. She wanted to bleach her whole hair but the lady told her to just bleach the bottom hair for a ‘trendy’ look. I guess she's just lazy to bleach more hair for her. Final colour doesn’t look nice too. Hope my daughter learnt her lesson and stop falling for such ‘cheap’ deals on fave
Update 11/12/21: Apparently the only hard selling hair stylist left this shop and there isnt any hair stylist now. Now my daughter's $540 is locked up with them but she cannot use it for her hair LOL.
