★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service. Terrible attitude of the staff, especially the lady who served my mother behind the desk. Didn't bother to look at the documents I presented or listen to what I had to say. She wasn't helpful at all. Furthermore, my daughter overheard them gossiping about us after we left. The whole system at SAT was poor and disorganized. Spent 3 and a half hours being pushed from one counter to another. Inefficient. How can Singapore still have this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a slum. Plenty of trash everywhere. Highly inefficient and slow staffs.More very often staffs were missing which is why jobs are not done and had caused plenty of unpleasant waiting time for local forwarders.
