Bought online car paint protection (polishing) package through shoppee Through the downloaded CDGE app secured an appointment at 10:30am Earlier in Jan 2022 I have also replaced 4 Davanti brand tyres through Spark and slotted in another appointment at 11:00 am for the free tyre rotation service (tyres must be purchased through Spark to enjoy the free service) Service at the registration counter was a breeze and I was being informed the job requires 4 hours. After which a young service personnel equipped with a tablet led me to my parked car,took pictures of the current condition He explained the process involved first getting the car washed and then apply the so called clay all over it. After all the processes are completed final touch up involved detailing of the door sill by getting rid of the stains left by our footwear. Interior cleaniing of the car was also being done Shortly after leaving the Spark Braddell branch in the taxis readily available area (Comfort Delgro taxis servicing plant) I received a message form the CDGE app that estimated time for collection of the car is around 16:15 hours I came back at 15:00 hours and saw through the glass panel of my car inside the customer lounge area with 2 service personnel (one of which I handed car over in the morning) inspecting it Prompted by my CDGE app it says quality control inspection in progress By 15:30 thereabout service counter staff approached and handed over a invoice plus the car transponder to me. I'm really impressed.The polished state condition is remarkable (especially for white cars) The yellowish dullness before the job was replaced with a sparkling shine. Some deep scratches have disappeared (no sure it is being polished off) Under our harsh tropical climate especially cars parked in the open often suffer brazing sunlight,torrential rain and also bird droppings which will destroy the paint work permanently. 6 months (depending on age and condition) or earlier intervals for a paint protection job will definitely be worthwhile. Just download their CDGE app because it will prompt you if a promotion of their services or products will be launched.

Came for a pre booked appt to do paint protection and cabin sanitation. The service was quoted 4 hours but they finished ahead of time. Very satisfied with the outcome and will use them again

Did the platinum service for the car. Attended by Mr Shaik. Pleasant guy who served us promptly. Very helpful in explaining us the package. Very informative about the work done on the car. Provide us with advices. Thank you Mr Shaik.

I am writing in to complain about the terrible customer service at both your Sin Ming and Braddell branches. I made an appointment for 8am this morning for an accident repair to my car at Sin Ming. I clearly stated the nature of works required, only to be told after I had showed up, that the works can only be done at your Braddell branch. When I went to your Braddel branch at 10.55am, I was informed that I had to come back at 2pm, as the ONLY staff was going for lunch at 11am and will only be back at 2pm. To be clear, I do not begrudge your staff her lunch break. However, what sort of incompetence allows for only a single staff trained in accident repairs to be available at the only branch able to do these repairs? Are none of your other service staff able to take over during break times? To expect your customers to wait around for 3 hours, after already wasting my morning, is unacceptable customer service. I will be posting this complaint on your social media channels as well in case this email does not get a response.

Went there for my car servicing. Make appointment online and went there on time. They take over my car. 10min later the mechanic come over to advice me on what my car need to service and the package available for me. So i took the package as they advice. After all thing is done take over my car and found my car is very responsive and noise level of the engine go down. Well done. They did a very good job for my car that what i can say.

Took my Bmw 325 coupe there for a Gold servicing , took a leap of faith and asked them to check the ignition stuttering during acceleration. Turns out valve cover gasket leak and Coil pack issue. All done in 1day and collected the next day. Best part is 1. Issue was solved 2. Price was Very reasonable ! Will be sending my cars there for future servicings. They dont hard sell anything and are very "matter of fact " looking to solve problems.
