Scoop Wholefoods Raffles City - 252 North Bridge Rd

Visited here a week ago near closing time and was really impressed by a Chinese female trainee (I’m really kicking myself for not recalling her name!) because of her great service - offered to keep an eye on my shopping bags that I left on one side of the store so I could comfortably walk around hands-free, gave me recommendations (all of which I ended up loving) and was overall a really friendly presence in the store.

Great selection of teas and repeated buy but the customer service can be better improved. I was at Raffles City Scoop today and was about the buy some tea. Understand that Scoop do not allow smelling of the tea. However, as there were many selections and that we are wearing mask, it is very difficult for the customer to understand/know what we are buying. I was "told off" by a staff at Scoop today for "smelling" the teas. I explained to her that the reason why I need to do that is because there are just too many selections and that I want to understand what I am buying. She explained to me that I can just "purchase first and then if you don't like then don't buy in future". I was quite appalled as Scoop is telling the customer to buy something that they are not aware of. I was unhappy and told the staff that I understand about the hygiene but then there should be a balance needed as customers will not be able to know what we are buying. The staff then told me and say "I am just listening to what my manager is telling me" and do not have any qualms about what I was trying to explain. Being a Scoop employee herself, I was disappointed that she was not willing to listen to the feedback provided by the customer and just shrug it off by saying it is the management decision. (Hence, I have no choice but to post it on Google review).

Love to come in to browse. They have lots of healthy snacks though quite pricey. Used to have the nutritional content and ingredient list on the flip side of the bins, but when I went the last time, it wasn’t there anymore. The carrot cake that I bought was delicious, full of cinnamon spices and very dense and morish! A real treat!

First visit to the chain. Amazing to see the wide selection of Tea, chocolate, sugar, beans, healthy snacks. Good idea to just get small portions and bring your own containers.

One of my favorite place for grocery shopping. Staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to try on their organic flower tea and kombucha.

Lovely place with a wide variety of tea, chocolates and superfoods! Very therapeutic shopping there. Was also greeted by a friendly trainee staff who advised on the tea she would recommend. (didnt get her name unfortunately)! Overall a great experience there and would be back for more

Visited this outlet for the first time on 29 May 2022. Clean & aesthetic design. A wide variety of choice available such as tea leaves, nuts, honey, spices, chocolates etc & I love the fact that the establishment gives out free item nearing expiry instead of letting it go to waste. Not to mention, one of the senior retail staff, Mr Victor Lim was very friendly & helpful during our visit there which made the overall experience a great one!

Nice Aussie nuts shop that also sells other organic food and home use materials like essential oils and bath etc. There are a good variety of nuts not just from Australia but other countries around the world, together with chocolates, tea and coffee produce. The pricing is a little steep but overall a nice place if you fancy these sort of stuffs. Staff service is also generally pleasant.
