Both their cookies and ice cream is very delicious. Twist Cheese is my favourite for Ice Cream. The sweet is just perfect. For cookies, I choose Salt & Camembert. The price is reasonable with the quality.

Located at the Basement. Matcha Cheesecake 12cm is yummy Hokkaido milk taste but pricey because just can cut into 6 small slices. Honey & Gorgonzola cookies 10pcs $14. Lemon cookies 10pcs $14,my liking. Is milk cheese soft serve has a strong Hokkaido milk taste. Cookies sandwich with a slice of cheese is really yummy.

Very good cheese cookies. Now available here. Comes in 4 flavours. Prefer the porcini and gouda cookie because its on the savoury side. The original is not bad. The other 2 is sweeter. You can get a discount if you buy more. Service is good

The cow cow sundae($8.80) is really not worth it. I got the twist and could barely tell each flavor apart - everything was just a mash of thick milky cream which melted too quickly. The saving grace was the tiny slice of cheesecake that could’ve been bigger and my favourite cheese biscuits.

Good and polite services. Bought a couple of set boxes as gift and they love the taste.

Always a fan of their biscuits and puff. First time trying their ice cream - got the original for $4 in a cup. It took the server some time to toggle with the ice cream machine which turned out to be faulty / not ready. When she handed me the ice cream, she said it’s a little soft and if I don’t want it, I can change it to the more expensive cheese ice cream. To me, it looked fine as I didn’t have anything else to compare it with, plus I didn’t want to trouble her because there was a queue, so accepted the cup. Turns out it’s actually less solid than I thought. Saw the next few cups going out and the swirl is much higher and extremely solid (lol no better word). Felt that if the ice cream wasn’t ready, she shouldn’t have accepted my order for it. In any case, I accepted the cup so I bear the responsibility. The ice cream tastes very good and rich though, like a smoothie given the melted texture.

Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory at Raffles City B1-73. The best of the best Ice cream and fantastic display of their products. Really enjoyed having ice cream and admiring the display items. Have tried all the flavours and cookies and Cheese.???
