The island was hit with a typhoon, but Darrell sorted out all the logistics for us and helped us plan for an extension. It turned what could have been a nightmarish experience into a very memorable one. Definitely diving with him again.

The instructor Darrell is patient and knowledgeable, and he takes special care to conduct his classes in smaller group sizes so that all participants are well taken care off! My several dive trips with Scuba Voyagers have all exceeded my expectations in terms of service, hospitality, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them! Highly recommend to give this a try!!!

Not only did he help manage my fear of water when I was learning diving but also encouraged me with small victories I made as I slowly progressed as a diver. Through him I achieved Open water and Advanced open water seamlessly. He is consistently patient and caring, always looking out for all of his students. It also helps that Scuba Voyagers is one of the few diving schools that has a very small teacher ratio at an affordable price. Highly recommended!

Crew: The Founding Instructor here (Darrell) is an awesome lad and an expert at his craft. He made all of us feel really safe and steady despite this being our first dive in more than 2 years for most of us on the trip. Boat crew and local dive guides were also great. Diving: Had 8 dives in this trip, saw bunch of cute turtles, a thicc hermit crab, nice nudis. Good visibility and chillax currents. Transportation: Spacious MPV with entertaining driver, good music, don't need to take luggage through customs like a peasant. Value for $$: Super worth given the impeccable service, number of dives, and just had a good time! Food: Good stuff. Mongolian chicken and oreo ice cream is highly recommended. Accommodation: It's Tioman.

He is also very knowledgable and passionate in diving, so you know you are definitely in good hands. It was a super enjoyable trip and I'm looking forward to more leisure dive trips with them! We have dived with Darrell many times (did my open water and advanced with him too) and he is extremely patient in guiding new students, has excellent buoyancy and situational awareness. I’ve personally witnessed how Darrell handled unforeseen situations underwater (diving gear issues) whilst staying calm and it is admirable. My husband and I are so blessed to have fostered friendships with Pris and Darrell through Scuba voyagers as they both are extremely passionate about the ocean and the sea creatures!!!
