A	Andy Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 10 June 2019, walked into the store and saw 2 sales lady (1 pinoy 1 china) chatting away not giving me any attention. Being Singaporean, I saw the SALES board outside so I approach to them and ask if the item was on sales. Well they looked kinda irritated when I ask them if the item was on sales as if I interrupted their conversation. What? I'm dressed casually and look down on me? Thinking that i cant afford the stuffs? I went ahead to purchase the item even there's no discount. And when I asked for the new piece, the pinoy gave me a look "why are u back again?" . NVM, I'm there for the Item not the Service.. Hopefully the management can look up on the staff they are hiring and their mentality shouldn't be serving people who look "Well off", should be equally among all the people. Cashier name was "Jazel" should be the Pinoy?
I	Ice Qu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very neat and tidy swimwear shop with almost enough choices for any fun in the sun. They've got swim bodysuits with long sleeves, swim pants (like yoga capris) and of course the tanks and bikinis and even some coverups. What they did not have was plus size, but that's okay. I still enjoyed the array of designs. Workers here are also very nice and will help you put together a great beach or poolside look.
N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not very helpful. Only willing to serve Caucasian or those looking rich , both raffle outlet and Orchard outlet staff have the same attitude problem. Its because their staff are train to not serve those ' looking not rich customer'. Asian and Chinese are pretty left out obviously. Staff got the look like ' don't think u can afford to buy, so just act blur'. Quite rude tbh.this happen at raffle, but Orchard outlet do have the same kind of attitude. Saw one Chinese customer standing there awhile wanting to ask for some enquiry etc.. The staff just act like nth happen. And it's happen to me too. I admit that I was wearing slipper that day. So I guess I'm not ' rich' enough to afford it. When Caucasian walk in, they greet and serve them right away They do have very nice swim wear, but the service is seriously awful. They have the look like they are selling some thousand dollars wear
A	Ateca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I spent an hour looking around Orchard road for a bathing suit. We hit 2 out of 3 in this store in terms of value, quality and style. It's more money than I would have liked to pay but the material is really good quality and I loved the styles of the one piece. The staff here, like in most of the stores you go in Singapore are very attentive.
