β β β β β Take one month still can't deliver,taken leave to stay at home ...call and tell me that postponed another few days.....can't pay deposit ,must full payment ,but cannot confirm that you will have the stocks...staff said stocks not sure will deliver ,if half year or one year ,you still have to wait....what the heck service....if you need your bed or bedframe urgently...think thrice....

β β β β β Store implemented a 5 person restriction. However, the store has clearly more than 5 when I visited. The staff did not do crowd control and were just busy serving customers. The Q outside to visit the store was also long as the staff did not bother to keep only the genuine shoppers in and accompanying guest out.

β β β β β I purchased at century square. The sales staff was helpful manage to arrange delivery the following week. Greatful I don't HV to wait for a simple sofa. Despite the gd effort from the sales person the Delivery man is very RUDE!!! My request time was supposed to be 3-7pm he called me at 11plus and told me he want to deliver it soon. I told him the earliest someone at home is at 3pm but he insist to send it at 2pm. He argue with me and keep insisting that he HV other delivery to send. Is it my problem and why not following customer request if it within my request time I m okay but before that I don't think it is my problem. RUDE and no basic manners at all, he should be greatful that he is still working despite his attitude and the covid situation.

β β β β β If can have zero rating I will post it! Seahorse have no customer services support in SG buy at your own risk! The MANAGER dyed hair lady (IVY) rude and have the no need your business here attitude. I saw her at Plaza Sing outlet too! You have issues you cannot complaints at all! They are base in Hong Kong!

times for many days but no one answered the call. I am really disappointed that the sale person donβt even bother to answer call despite whatever time of the day that I call them.

β β β β β I purchased a bed frame on 26 Feb and was supposed to get it delivered last week but I was informed that it will be delayed till 6 Apr. I tried calling the store many times since last week but no one answer my calls. What is the point of publishing your numbers then ? Such a poor customer service.

β β β β β Worse experience of customer service and delivery. Place order for a bed and mattress in end Jan. Customer service called in end Feb just want to delivery bed frame only. Told them No and I want the delivery to be together as a set. Today delivery guy only came at 6.30pm with only bed frame again. Where the hell is my mattress. Called them numerous time with no one answering the call. What is your customer service doing????? How is my daughter going to sleep without a mattress????. Will never buy anything from Seahorse again. ???
