S	Sebastian Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to other 1 star review. scam ground, visit at your own risk! you have been warned. 1. bought a glass screen protector which was in a box on display. First attempt to paste... slanted. 2. second attempt, the glass is taken out from their drawer. obviously different product. still the UV glue is poorly done. 3. third attempt, it was late we have to accept the quality and head back home. Next day, we still see air bubbles in the screen protector. The salesperson mentioned that we can go back to change if defect. We took the receipt and head back for an exchange. 4. The another salesperson seems very unwillingly to do the replacement and said it will be the last time and there will be no refund. What kind of lousy store located in century square?!
A	Aung Myung thet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my UAG casings and do screen guard here. Very good pricing for the casings. Friendly staffs that helped me with the choosing of screen guard. A little bit far from my place but happy to have come here.

W	Wincy Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone there to change the glass protector, the staff did not do any sort of protection to the phone such as taping the outlets, continue to proceed with the epoxy glue. Making the phone very sticky and shined the uv light onto the display screen while it is on, resulting the display screen to burn-in. So disappointed. Edit: what you have commented is only to resolve the screen protector and not how to resolve my display screen issue due to your staff negligence.

I wonder what did he do or did he took a photo of it. Very suspicious. Don’t leave your phone unattended. The staff sounds inpatient too.
G	Gerald Siew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there to change my protector screen. the first staff had to change it 3 times due to alignment errors and being unable to remove the excess air bubbles which took them approx half an hour. A second staff then came to change it for me again one more time but after leaving the store, the screen protector starts to keep coming off despite me sticking it back again. now I have to go to other stores to have it changed again. waste of money and time.
