Worst worst worst service, they even don’t know where my package itself. I sent my package on 25th Aug 2021 from Singapore to Tamilnadu, but still I didn get my package & even they are not able to track my package exactly where it is. Irresponsible reply from Singapore office.

One of the best services that I have received so far. The items are quite nicely packed. I have sent about 300 kgs to India ( 2 different locations) and been delivered in good condition. Although, the overall time that it took was about 2 months which was a little bit more than what I anticipated. But feels good to see the items received in good condition. Definitely recommend in using this service, as I would do it again.

Sharing my experience over all experience.. It is up to individuals to take service from this cargo 1) Price is Competitive , they would match the least price available at the market at that point of time 2) Cargo picked from Singapore to Chennai on 30th Sept , Delivered all consignments by 31dt Dec ( they were delivering in parts for 3 different dates !! out of 44 boxes they picked , they had staggered delivery like 1 box one day , 13 box another day , and balance 30 on final day !!.. time between 1st and last consignment received is 1 month. 3) Had 5 boxes of fragile item all glassware,showcase items, kitchen utilities.. All items are damanged / broken without possibility of re use or repair or fixing it though aAll were wrapped in bubble sheet ( i am not mentioning as packed because thats the quality if their packing, when u receive it will be like it is wrapped !!) Have attached photos and videos of how we received the fragile items, this would give you all a perspective !! 4) Luckily other boxes which were not fragile, have received intact though boxes were not in condition. 5) Have shared, the photos how they handle parcel and cargo , this was shared by their own person when asked about the status of my cargo ! they just sent these photos to say it has arrived locally and would receive shortly.. After seeing this photo.. i mentally prepared to see how my boxes would come. 6) Dont expect any professionalism , They may be cheaper !! not the best Expect " No Response" or delayed vague response which would be of no use. you wont get any local contact for coordination , nor you would get to know the status to track !!.. Sometimes if you are lucky to speak to them in due course , be prepared to listen that it is already cheap and this is the best they can do.. Be prepared to be at their mercy 7) They would not take any responsibility for how the material is received !.. They would again re iterate they are cheap.. and this is what they can best do.. and even say they have cautioned fragile items may get damage due to handling.. Yes it is true.. but be prepared to receive the material in crushed condition .. I can bet you cant even identify what those objects were.... Above all for your own personal safety, would advice wearing gloves and open the box.. 8) Dont expect you would be getting any response or support or even apology .. Treat yourself lucky when you happened to speak to them regarding this.. Also be prepared to hear anything and everything from them which would make you fee that they have actually done charity or great service to you by accepting goods at " Cheap Rates" and delivered it.. Note- Their commitment is to Deliver ! which they would do !.. But never on how the condition ! My experience is definitely not Good ! my value loss due to damage is far more than shipment value.. But you may be lucky ! you would still get the shipment and better service at " Cheap Rate" Out of magnanimity have not mentioned the names of Sealand people here..

Very worst cargo services don't go to this SEALANDSG pte Ltd. High chance of loosing you luggage and money you pay to them. Irresponsible reply from Singapore office. They give the india number to follow up. The keep on giving the dates but it is almost 5 months my luggage not yet received.. ?????

“DON’T USE THIS SERVICE”, very very very bad experience. I send my things from SG to TamilNadu due to over weight while my travel. It’s been 7 months still don't know where is my things. This company has no tracking system, no list, no professional employees and boss. I am keep on Checking in India as well as in Sg always says still checking give us another 10 days. Most of the time no answer. Sometimes speaking so loud to customer without any respect. Unfortunately I packed this parcel with all my expensive clothes and gifts which is close to my heart. Still no clue about my things whether it is delivered wrongly or stolen by these people. Totally waste company “PLS DNT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE DNT LOOSE YOUR VALUABLES” No star rating actually

You have no guarantee that your items will reach safely. I sent my items in Nov 21 but I’ve not received some of my items yet and they have no idea where my items are. They have literally lost it. Customer service is worst and no body responds to you properly. One of the worst nightmares is you never know if your items would ever reach and it can give you a lot of stress.

One of the best cargo services in Singapore. I opted for the air cargo and it reached to my destination within 8 days. The package is still intact and none of my items were lost.

My Cargo had reached safely. Though it takes some time, they say 45 days but it took 2 months, but the Cargo reached properly & safely with good packing. I had sent around 50kgs to India, Gujarat. Since I didn't have any breakable or electric material I can't comment on that safety.
