Very poor service. Salesman disinterested and patronising. I was the only customer in the gallery and shown no patience

Yet to sleep on the mattress that it just came today. Delivery is so poorly co-ordindated, had it arranged between 10am to 2pm. I waited until 130pm to call to check make sure it's coming on time. Only to have the person telling me it's only 130pm now. I said ok sure but better check it's coming latest by 230pm because I need to leave by then. Then she make an effort to call and check (but she simply just ask the delivery guys to call me). I receive the call and was told that he will be there between 2 to 3pm and that's already being early...??? Only to realise on his records was 2 to 6pm. I called back to the office again to clarify, they acknowledged their records was 10 to 2pm. But told me "ok we try to make it early for u". I was like what do u mean make it early? U are not early at all, be on time by 2pm. She just okokokokok thank u. Such a horrible horrible after sale service from a high end mattress provider.

We visited this Sealy boutique near closing time, we needed to ask a few specific questions. Patrick greeted us and he answered our questions in great details like a pro. He told us not to worry about the closing time. He also explained clearly the advantage of Sealy titanium springs and did a demonstration for us. We were impressed with his knowledge of the products he is promoting and we were sold!

Walk-in on a weekday afternoon. Staff is attentive but lacks effort in explaining what are the coils, layers used in the different mattresses. Was asked to just lie down and 'feel' which mattress is suitable for me. Walked out still not knowing what makes one mattress better than the other.

Condescending old uncle sales person. Ask a lot of questions and refuse to let us even try the bed. Not sure how he survive so long for being such a rude salesperson. Edit: In response to the owner reply, there is no misunderstanding on condescension. I experience condescending attitude from the staff. There is no ambiguity about that. I don't experience similar attitude from other brands of similar price point. Please do not judge your customers by the way they dress. Just because they dress casually, does not mean that they can't afford the item.

Went to see the mattress last year, thanks to Patrick who gave good service, by showing us around and giving us detail explanations on few mattress differences that we tested in the shop. Only went back 2nd time to confirm the purchase. It was Phyllis who served us and she did not rush us even though we went to visit their shop around 830pm, compared to mattress shop with "D" we went before that, who did not have interest to serve us cause they were closing soon. Had some hiccups for the bed frame delivery as Msia side was in lock-down due to Covid19 spread. So the mattress was delivered to us without the bed frame. Would like to shout out to Phyllis who was committed to help us to chase the Msia factory side to deliver our bed frame on delivery time that we desired. Thank you. Definitely will recommend to other customers who are looking for good mattress with good sale service.
