★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really my real experience with the brand and photo as proof. Not worth the premium price. Purposely bought back care as i thought it’ll give good back support . Mattress slump after barely 9 mths’s use and not claimable under warranty. I do feel any brand mattress can do better job than this. Expensive and lousy quality. Regret big time buying this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent selection of bed frames and mattress. Some of the mattress model are exclusive to Simmons Takashimaya only. Sales staff (Brian) is the most knowledgeable and passionate sales person we ever met.
He passionately explained about choosing the right mattress and bed frames without any hard selling at all. Regretted not coming here earlier.
If you need real balanced professional advice, come here instead of their flagship standalone shops. Customer service is TOP notch. I believe the price is also more competitive with Taka membership promos.
