Seasons Time

Went to check a Rolex explorer 1. Very rude female staff. Can't query any details of the watch origins and they want me to buy first, then only I see the documents.

Rolex dropped off for service with autowind issue, returned with same problem plus poor timekeeping and GMT hand not tracking with hour hand. Will not return.

Would put zero star if i had a choice. Worst watch store ever. Called to enquire on a watch and told her i wanted to go down and purchase TWO HOURS later at the listed price of $31,000. Told me she will reserve for me and then said no deposit required, she will hold for me till i go down. I called when i was on the way telling them I was on the way. Shockingly she told me she had already received a deposit from other buyer. I was astonished. A shop that has been in harbourfront for years now and yet cannot even keep their promise to a client for A MERE TWO HOURS. NO APOLOGIES After I was being hung up by the lady who couldn’t provide any proper explanation and was stuttering, i felt something was amiss, so i went to their website again to check on the watch. True enough. They raised their price on the exact same piece by $1,200 to $32,200. I have encountered private sellers online whom flakes on deals and go back on their words for a few hundred bucks, but for a SHOPFRONT who have been operating in the watch business for years, this is something new and terrible. In this case, yes maybe they might find another buyer that would buy at a higher price but they lost a customer who genuinely trusted their words. Have bought from many second hand stores from far east etc and none of them would go back on their words when they say it’s reserved for me. it’s no wonder they are still doing such a small scale even after years. Because they can’t even keep to their words. I strongly suggest to boycott seasonstime. At least i will never be going back no matter how good their prices are. because their ATTITUDE is horrible. If they can go back on their promise for a small amount of sum, who knows, their watches might have fake parts installed just to save cost for themselves. PS. AS OF THIS MOMENT THEY HAVE DELETED THE POST OF THE WATCH AFTER I TOLD THEM I WILL BE WRITING THEM A REVIEW ON GOOGLE.
