I told Ricky I wasn’t sure I would buy it as I was afraid the Everest would be too long for my 15.5cm wrist. He said it’s ok and would put in on just to let me try it out. No obligation. Very glad it fit perfectly! (second last hole)

Rita explained to me about the watch and helped to resize the bracelet after I purchased the watch. I am amazed by their post-sales service as they remembered that I wanted to apply the RX-8 watch protector. So I decided to return and get it done with them as well.
